Battery+ is a battery power saving app which automatically turn off 3G and wifi networks when the screen is off. As you may know, 3G uses a lot of battery, so you can efficiently save battery with the app. Let's look at how to use it.
After the installation, check "有効にする" box.
And the app disconnects 3G when the screen is off. It is also possible to have it disconnect wifi. When you turn on the screen, it instantly reconnects to 3G.
You may worry that it will prevent you from receiving calls, but what you cannot use is only the Internet. You can receive phone calls and (probably) carrier emails.
As it rapidly reconnects, there will be no waiting time, as long as you do not turn on and unlock the screen to launch a browser with lightning speed.
It displays an icon on the status bar which indicates whether 3G is on or off. If there is no icon, it means there is no 3G and Internet connections.
The app has lots of useful functions. Let me introduce three of them.
By choosing "定期的に接続する" option in "通信モード", it periodically connects to 3G. You can set the interval and duration. It will be useful if you use Gmail and apps that need to routinely connect to the Internet.
It has a scheduler function, which allows you to choose days and time to deactivate the app.
It is possible to use it as a widget, too. You can easily make it on/off.
This app definitely saves your battery. Please try.
