I was looking down on iPhone users who were infatuated with the high school girl character in Time Card Girl. They seemed happy to be told off by her for being behind schedule.
We Android users would not accept such a humiliation.
I was thinking like that. So when I heard its Android version was released, I cynically tried it, just to reaffirm the stupidity of the iPhone users......
Well, I'm sorry. I was wrong. It's so good!
Anyway, watch the video on the official website (though it uses the iPhone version).
What this app basically does is the time management. Every time you record an attendance, the high school girl, Akari Sadatoki, gives you voice and text comments.
By default, you are supposed to clock in at 9:00AM, and out at 6:00PM. But as an experiment, I clocked in late in the afternoon. Will Akari scold me?
Just as I expected, she got very angry. Then in a few minutes later, I clocked out. How will she respond?
Oh, she is worrying about my well-being! Though she looks a little short-tempered, she is gentle at heart.
If you keep opening the app, Akari talks to you. Her talk will inspire you, or give you a bit of knowledge.
It has a lot more other practical functions: data logging of the time card, Twitter connection and alarm function. The moe character aside, it is a very useful app.
