If you consider yourself a heavy user of your smartphone, then one of the biggest worries in your life may be how much juice is left in your battery. Smartphones do consume more battery power than conventional cell phones.
There are many battery management apps out there, but here's something that's very configurable and is full of features. It's called Battery Keeper.
If you have the right configuration on your smartphone, depending on where you are or what you are doing, you should be able to keep the services you need running while saving battery. Let's check it out.
Just like another our favorite app BaBar, it displays a battery meter on the very top of your screen. This is very intuitive.
Probably one of the most powerful features of this app is that it lets you save multiple settings and switch from one to another as you like. For example, you can have different settings such as "Home", "Office", "Train", "Outside" and then configure the volume, screen brightness & timeout, and WiFi & Bluetooth for each. You will not have to kill the services you need to save the battery.
Even when you become low on battery, you can turn on the maximum battery saving mode to get by.
If you turn on Battery Warning, it will send you a notification when the remaining battery power falls under the percentage you specify with a small icon. This can be used to know when to switch to the maximum battery saving mode or plug in the external battery.
This app will help you not only keep the right battery settings to get more out of your smartphone, but also increase your consciousness on people around you.
