Ever heard of Eagle Talon? It's a Japanese slapstick Flash anime about a secret society plotting world domination and a hero who tries to stop them.
Yoshida no Daiben (吉田の代弁; Yoshida the Spokesman) is an app that features Yoshida-kun, a character from Eagle Talon. The screenshot in that of his mouth.
The main feature of this application is to let Yoshida-kun do all the talking for you. What he says and does in the anime are very annoying, but there's something likable about him.
The app contains more than 50 options of lines he can speak on behalf of you. Not quite sure how many of those will be really useful, but they are reasonably rich in content. Just choose a line and press the "Speak" (発話) button on the right. Then put your smartphone over your mouth, and the mouth in the screenshot above will speak out the words you chose with complete animation. Now the lower part of your face is in complete sync with Yoshida-kun, so nobody can blame you for those words (and hope that the person listening isn't easily offended).
This can be handy in company parties. Just crack out the "Can we eat now?" line if your boss is making a long toast. "Give me a break! I was only told by my boss" is also a perfect line to use at work, and you'll find many more that would suit other occasions.
