Scouter Lite will bring back memories of your favorite childhood anime. This app lets you read people's power levels by using the camera on your Android smartphone.
The way you use this app is so simple. You start Scouter Lite, and hold your phone sideways to capture the target within the scope of the scouter on the screen. Then, just tap on the black area to the right and it will show their power level. The facial recognition system in this app automatically focuses on the target while estimating their power. You will enjoy the unique electronic sound that you probably heard so many times as a kid.
You can save the photos by tapping the save button that shows up on the bottom right corner after calculating. It's fun to share your strongest foes with your friends.
The facial recognition system can also be turned off if your target is not a human being. You might be surprised to learn that your cat's power level is actually higher than yours.
The current version is based on the "Classic Scouter", so there is an upper limit to the power level. Don't worry, it won't explode just because your target's power level is beyond that.The paid version allows you to change the color of the monocle, so you can match the color of your favorite character's scouter in the anime. However, maybe because of the precision of facial recognition, I sometimes had "immeasurable" problems.
